Diane is a lawyer who has opened her own business and she isn't doing so well. She's lost her car, her apartment, and is living in her office. When Emma rings her doorbell on a Sunday, she's convinced it's probably a bill collector, yet she answers the door to find Emma asking for help. She is the winner of a $73
million dollar lotto ticket and her time is running out. She has 24 hours to claim it or it's gone. She hasn't turned it in because of some issues and secrets that she doesn't want aired again in the newspaper. What Emma wants is for Diane to keep the judge from letting her name be attached to the winnings. Since California and most states use the money to supplement their schools, it's going to be a hard job. Diane has to find a good reason for keeping her name from the media. She immediately begins searching for ways to keep it quiet.
24 HOUR LOTTERY an interesting story and brought up a lot of information that most citizens don't have when it comes to winning the lottery. It was informative and slightly mysterious as the reader waits for the final outcome. Emma, Diane, and the judge's characteristics were well developed. The book kept you on the edge of your chair while you waited for the outcome. It was definitely worth reading.

Down to a Sunless Sea: A Tiller Galloway Underwater Thriller

This being my first David Poyer novel, I truly did not know what the expect. I picked this book up because I am a fan of Benchley and Alten who both write thrillers about the deep. The first thing I found refreshing was that Poyer did not go to deep in past Tiller Galloway stories. You can pick this book up and not feel that you are missing anything.
The wonderful thing about this book about cave divers, is Poyer's ability to make you feel "closed in" almost out of breath, during the cave diving scenes. I enjoyed most of the characters including Galloway's son, and group of friends.
The ending is somewhat dissapointing. It is exciting, but it gets a little too far fetched at times. I do recommend this book, despite the ending and it's shortcomings.

In Louisiana Blue, the third of the Tiller Galloway series, Tiller and his partner, Shad leave North Carolina and head to the oilfield trash towns of South Louisiana looking for offshore diving jobs and a chance to put their lives back together. They find work with a less than reputable company, DeepTech, headed by a hard drinking, fast living cajun, Roland "Bender" Boudreaux. Just as things are starting to look good, Tiller find himself in deep trouble again! Deep as in 900 feet down in the Gulf of Mexico! Very smartly written, I couldn't read the last three chapters fast enough! As a diver, a former oilfield employee, and a native of the Bayou State, I was very impressed with Poyer's detail and vivid descriptions of South Louisiana and the Offshore Oil Industry. Galloway reminds me of Clive Cussler's DIRK PITT and James W. Hall's THORN all rolled into one! Readers who enjoy a good thriller with lots of vivid underwater action will love David Poyer's LOUISIANA BLUE!

The book is well structured and have many interesting examples. The book is a good start point for anyone who wants to start learning Modelica. The price is in my opinion a little bit expensive since the book is based on Modelica 1.6 language specification and the latest spec is 2.2 with some relevant changes.

Tiller's Guide is an invaluable resource for the serious student or those who work with tribes on a professional basis. History and culture is kept to a minimum, while emphasis is placed on infrastructure, resources, demographics and economic development. This was a massive undertaking. The next step is keeping it current- a task equally as difficult. Problematic areas: By the time info updated, it will be out of date again. Also, for whatever reason, a few tribes have not been included.

I found this book while shopping for my daughter. It whispered to me that I should buy it for the man I love -- the same man that I was afraid to tell how I felt. I tried to put it back three times and every time it psst'ed at me to pick it back up. All the way out, I told myself it was for my daughter, but I got courageous and gave it to him anyway. He now views it as one of his prized possessions. It is a book for all of us who have wished for someone to love.

Purchased this book for my son's 26th B'day. He is a Purdue grad and an avid football fan. He is not much of a reader until he received this book. He thanked me greatly for it and stated he can't put it down.

When opportunity knocked, Joe Tiller busted the door down. Tiller became a major college head football coach somewhat late in his career. He was hired as the head coach at Wyoming just 12 days after his 48th birthday and became the head coach at Purdue two weeks before his 54th birthday. A disciple of the wide-open offenses used in the former Western Athletic Conference, TillerÂ's Wyoming teams enjoyed great success in what he fondly refers to as the "Wacky WAC." After leaving the Cowboys for Purdue, some coaches insisted that his one-back, spread offense wouldnÂ't fly in the Big Ten Conference, with its physical, smash-mouth style of play. Instead, TillerÂ's fast-breaking offense, now nicknamed "basketball on grass," took the Big Ten by storm. Before Tiller came aboard, Purdue had endured 12-consecutive losing seasons. But under Tiller, the Boilermakers have enjoyed arguably their most successful winning stretch ever. TillerÂ's first eight teams went to bowl games, including the Rose Bowl. Before becoming a head coach, Tiller had served as an assistant at Montana State (his alma mater), Washington State, Purdue and Wyoming. He also spent nine years in Canada with Calgary of the CFL as an assistant coach, interim head coach, and in the front office—where he was responsible for booking rock star Alice Cooper and evangelist Billy Graham for appearances at McMahon Stadium, home of the Stampeders. In many ways, Tiller is a typical who has spent most of his life in the conservative Midwest and the open spaces of the western United States. A regular Joe, TillerÂ's laid-back style, wry sense of humor and, of course, winning ways has made him a hit with Purdue players and fans alike.

I dont usually write reviews, but this one was worth my attention, what a fantastic find. Eric Lowther has written an absolutely stonking action adventure and I loved every second of it. His writing style is easy to read yet descriptive. More than a few times, I shuddered with revulsion and took a look around me, or in the dark of the night listened for the soft shuffle of an undead footstep. The story is creepy, believable and utterly engaging. More please...
Dont read this book at night in an empty house....trust me.

In the year 2007 an accident at a clandestine U.S. government facility in rural West Virginia releases several test subjects infected with a necrotic virus. Within weeks the U.S. military and the Department of Homeland Security are forced to declare the bulk of the state under quarantine. Defensive lines are fortified and nothing is allowed in or out, damning those missed in the short period of evacuations to a living hell and locking away the real truth of the virus' creation. The government transfers the responsibility of maintaining the quarantine from the military to the Department of Homeland Security, which christens it 'Area 187". Suits and claims are dismissed under anti-terror legislation as the rest of government scrambles to cover their involvement in the original project, distancing themselves and their reelections.Seven years pass. Homeland Security enforces a total news blackout on all things Area 187, and as with other disasters before it the bulk of America is more than willing to move on. Conspiracies continue to thrive outside the now-immense defensive wall and fortifications, and mercenaries known as 'grave robbers" regularly slip in and out of the Area, stealing valuables and taking contracts to bring back specific items for well-paying customers. Our story follows Josephine Terrell, a television reporter and John Heath, once an Air Force search-and-rescue team leader that escaped the Area after five years of fruitless searching for his wife, as they risk their lives from both the dead and the living inside Area 187 to rescue a group of survivors. Josephine is looking for the story of the century, one that will prove living, breathing Americans still await rescue inside the Area and that Homeland has been covering up their existence. Heath joins her mission after he sees what may be his wife, Eileen, in a video message from the survivors. Personal rivalries, government conspiracies and a simple man's simple promise weave together with death incarnate to follow their every step as they make their way through a blasted, nightmarish landscape full of the hungering dead. But the peril offered by the mindless corpses behind the wall becomes second to the danger presented by the living beyond it'

I would have given this book 5 stars if not for the barely acceptable print quality. This book displays some of William Gardens finest published design work (IMHO) , so I was expecting that this revised and expanded edition would equal its predecessor (Yacht Designs) in print quality. If you like to study his drawings in detail like I do, you will know what I mean. Oh well, at least I now have a copy, and can throw away my photocopies from the old Yacht Designs library book. The first book is still worth seeking out, the printing was magnificent, as is Yacht Designs 2.

Dozens of detailed drawings plus delightful descriptions and reminiscences of the boats and the people who loved them, the text accompanying each design centers on the background of each boat rather than on a technical study. Each essay is as different as the boat it describes, sometimes explaining a detail of the building process, the origins of a design, the individuals involved, or the evolution of a yacht type.

By Madison Salvati
The children that live and grow in this world today have never known what it means to be disconnected from the superficial life that surrounds most of them. In other words all of the distractions that seem to be controlling them have become all they have ever known. John Martin's approach to this sensitive subject is cleverly disguised in only the first few pages of his debut, children's novel. Through the eyes of a twelve-year- old boy , life is all about his little league baseball team and the constant obsession of fitting into the jigsaw puzzle of school.
As life progresses we are forced to make decisions. Now, most of the decisions we make throughout our lifetime are tough. The most important decisions usually are. But it is these small, yet unforgiving decisions that change us and fashion our values and mentality into what they represent today. Ask yourself right this very moment, What would you do if your parents told you that you had to leave these everyday distractions, give up the life you have always known, and sail indefinitely around the entire world? Some may leap triumphantly into the air, salute society goodbye, and embrace the thrill of sailing into the unknown. However, most of us do not possess this kind of adventure-loving, thrill-seeking spark. Who in their right mind would want to give up the comforts of everyday society for nothing but a little boat with sails and freezing cold water? Only those who take that giant leap into the abyss with the confidence to come out alive are brave enough to take on such a larger-than-life expedition. Mr. Martin does just that as he creates a mysterious, page-turning tale about a boy and his dog who are forced from society and into the looming abyss, on a sailboat named Imagine.
Although this book seems to portray the message that adventures are good for the soul and can be the key to discovering yourself, countless other themes are slipped into this piece of literature as well. A message of hope and new beginning is revealed when the Tiller family decides to live in Nova Scotia or when their dog, Rudder, is unexpectedly named a hero and the newest member of the family. Dr. Martin touches only briefly on these beautiful moments and very laconically expresses the benefits of packing up and starting over. However concisely these moments are described, there was failure to dig down deep and define how this twelve year old felt after experiencing such a beautiful adventure. A feeling of wanting more is most definitely prominent by the end of this sea-fairing tale because the feeling of satisfaction was strangely absent.
The young, innocent mind of an adventure-seeking, eleven- year- old will undeniably be filled with joy as Imagine seems to float serenely off the page. Dr. Martin has undoubtedly created wonderful imagery every child enjoys reading about. Mysterious islands in the Atlantic, a heroic dog, and a boy in desperate need of adventure, cunningly bind together this story of new beginnings at the seams.

When 12 year old Tommy Tiller is told he and his family are leaving behind their comfortable Chicago lifestyle for an indefinitely long voyage at sea, he is shocked. Expecting nothing but monotonous days stuck with his annoyingly precocious sister Caroline, Tommy reluctantly sails away into Lake Michigan bound for the Atlantic Ocean on a 46 foot Sloop. He soon discovers, though, that often the most exciting parts of life come with the uncharted territories of the world at large, and that sometimes the greatest lessons come from simple moments with the ones who love us most. A charming tale of self-discovery, open water and a dog that finds his forever home with a boy on a boat called Imagine, "The Sailing Adventures of Tommy Tiller" is bound to captivate the hearts of curious adventurers of all ages.

A fresh look at the evidence for psychokinesis and quantum environmental changes in both scientific and laymen's terms. The science gets a little deep for most people, but it is necessary to back up the remarkable theories presented.
I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in furthering their research in cutting edge quantum physics, or furthering one's knowledge in ESP, Psychoenergetics, Psychokinesis, and Sacred Places.
Thank you William Tiller for your contribution in combining science and mysticism into one field of study!

This book provides the reader with an encapsulation of all the key experimental psychoenergetics observations made by Professor Tiller ande his group over the past 35 years. It reveals the true nature of the human acupuncture meridian/chakra system and how "sacred" spaces are created. It shows that the physical vacuum is not really empty and that, under the proper conditions, our digital measurement instruments can reveal a sum of contributions from two unique levels of physical reality. The book describes a new energy in nature that produces a very long range information entanglement and appears to be related to movement of magnetic charge in the vacuum level of reality. Finally, it uses the experimental data to formulate theoretically a new reference frame for viewing nature, one that encompasses both conventional spacetime science and the new psychoenergetic phenomena.

Conscious Acts of Creation Review

Conscious Acts of Creation
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
In striking contrast with many books focused on next-generation physics, mathematics, biology, psychology, or medicine, Conscious Acts of Creation combines a brilliant theoretical model with several rigorous experiments that explore the influence of human intention on physical reality - in living as well as inanimate systems. It is in these convincing demonstrations that the principle "as above, so below" comes to life. Even more profoundly, the book establishes that repetition of the experiments in given locales can dramatically increase the power of the locales to reproduce the results - with some locales retaining their conditioning or "charge" for more than a year! These findings lend plausibility to that which mystics know as "sacred space."
A postulated theoretical model provides a launch point for interpreting the experimental results. Its major cornerstone is an eight-dimensional biconformal base space with two four-dimensional, Fourier transform related subspaces. One subspace corresponds to our everyday world, whereas the other subspace is a reciprocal or inverse "etheric" space - roughly analogous to k-space but with additional postulated properties including superluminal "velocities" (presumably in inverse units) and interchanged roles of electricity and magnetism. The model incorporates nonlocality, a scientific principle that may someday prove to be the underpinning for phenomena such as parapsychology and distant healing. Furthermore, the authors note similarities between their model and models proposed by other scientists, some highly prominent. Granted, the model becomes more speculative when it associates even higher dimensionalities with emotion, mind, and spirit. Even then, however, it remains consistent with various esoteric teachings, and it may yet provide the empowering mechanism for manifestation of intention (where the two subspaces, in some ways mutually symmetric, appear to play asymmetric roles) and in otherwise connecting science with spirit. Readers who disagree with the postulated model will nonetheless benefit from the authors' brilliant insights.
Mysticism aside, the postulated "mind over matter" mechanisms include a possible role for variation in atomic and molecular ground state energies. The observed space conditioning is discussed in the context of gauge symmetries. Rounding out the model are the insightful discussions of augmented electromagnetism (which the authors associate with Qi), inner self-management techniques such as Qi Gong and Yoga, and even the existence of two phases of liquid water. In Chapters 9 and 10, the authors become futurists as they suggest possible implications of reciprocal space engineering for medicine, pharmacology, communications, and manufacturing.
On the experimental side, the authors set the example in thoroughness and scientific rigor, although the in-depth discussion of the protocols as well as the order of topics may impact the book's readability. A mitigating factor is the brilliant introduction to gauge theory and the elucidation of several other topics including self-sustained oscillations, crystallography, and reciprocal space. In fact, the book is a mini physics course that presents various principles of electromagnetism, thermodynamics, solid-state physics, and quantum mechanics in a readable and understandable way. Also included is a brilliant discussion of enzymes, coenzymes and the electron transport chain as they relate to the experiments.
Scientists, healers, and others who investigate or work with subtle energies will appreciate the authors' insights on repeatability of experimental results. In the mainstream scientific community, replication of results is a test for credibility; yet consistent results in healing, dowsing, remote viewing, and ESP are often elusive. Armed with successful demonstrations of space conditioning, the authors shed new light on this longstanding issue - although they discuss other factors, both geocosmic and human, that can also impact repeatability of results.
Conscious Acts of Creation makes a convincing case that the powerful effects of intention and emotion can no longer be disregarded - in healing, in scientific research, or even in everyday life. The authors' findings may indeed have profound consequences for the concept of scientific "objectivity." More significantly, this book will take the reader beyond the realm of the everyday world and will expand one's view of himself or herself as a co-creator of reality. It is for this reason that Conscious Acts of Creation is essential reading - not only for scientists, engineers, and health care practitioners (both mainstream and complementary) but also for others who seek to maximize their human experiences. Conscious Acts of Creation indeed heralds and points a way ahead for "the emergence of a new physics."

This book is an Â"eye-openerÂ" for both non-scientists and scientists, metaphysicians and physicians, students and teachers and all people with a real interest in how science moves our world. It concerns unactualized human capabilities, opportunities and adventures for all of us in the years ahead. For the first time, a rigorous experimental protocol is available to allow human qualities to meaningfully alter the properties of physical materials via specific human intentions! The experimental data portion of this book shows, via the use of IIEDs (Intention Imprinted Electrical Devices), how human intention can robustly influence physical reality with measurement amplitude changes by as much as 100 times the instrument measurement accuracy. The described experiments deal with inorganic materials like water, in vitro organic materials like enzymes and in vitro living systems like fruit fly larvae. This experimental data shows how after ~3 months of continued use of the IIEDs in a particular laboratory space, that space becomes Â"conditionedÂ" to a higher state of physics Gauge symmetry than present in normal locales. In a Â"conditionedÂ" space, human intention acts as a true thermodynamic potential to significantly influence the many chemical, electrical and biological processes of nature. This book also provides a Â"work in progressÂ" – type of theoretical model that allows us to explain how this experimental procedure works to produce such striking changes in measurement amplitudes. As Professor George Sudarshan (Physics Department, University of Texas, Austin) says: Â"Your new book, I am sure, may long be remembered as the book that started out the scientific work in a new area and thus created a new era in science.Â" As Professor Rustum Roy (Director, Materials Research Laboratory, Pennsylvania State University) says: Â"This book by Tiller, Dibble and Kohane is at once a ‘magnum opusÂ' and a ‘tour de forceÂ'. The ‘whole person healingÂ' community will be in deep debt to these authors for many years.Â"

The Wichita Divide: The Murder of Dr. George Tiller and the Battle over Abortion Review

The Wichita Divide: The Murder of Dr. George Tiller and the Battle over Abortion
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
People who commmit violent crimes, who believe they have the right to live outside the laws of our Democracy always, upon examination, have histories of a dysfunctional even violent upbringing. So it is with Randall Terry, Shelley Shannon, Paul Hill and Scott Roeder and the other high profile violent anti choice people written about in this book. All had experimented with illegal drugs and/or abused alcohol, imagined unrealistic and fantastic dreams of celebrity, and all had had very sad setbacks in their personal lives as mature adults which they did not or could not deal with. When such people evade mental health counseling and intervention, they find themselves drawn to extreme positions to explain the disappointments of their pasts. Hence the "birth" of the violent and hopefully soon to be proscecuted "Operation Rescue" by Randall Terry and hence the murder of Dr. George Tiller. The normalcy even banality of George Tiller's life growing up in Witchita which gave rise to an ambitious, compassionate, hardworking man is in stark contrast to the wholly dysfunctional youths of Terry, Roeder, Hill, Shannon, and others. This alone should enlighten anyone about the actions of violent anti choice people. As with this author's expose on the murder of Alan Berg revealing an insanely violent organization behind this heinous crime, Berg shot to death 12 times in his own driveway, the background of the anti-abortion movement is peeled away and who these men and women are is revealed. Patriots, freedom fighters, warriors, protectors of the innocent? All these people are NONE of those things. They are highly disturbed individuals such as all of us have met, and usually avoid, who latch on to controversial topics to expiate their personal sufferings.
We are in the midst of a culture war. Just the other day our own government was nearly shutdown over Planned Parenthood. A Republican Senator on the floor of the Senate stated that over 90% of Planned Parenthood's activities are in abortion services. In truth it is less than 3%. Glenn Beck stated on his radio program that ONLY prostitutes use Planned Parenthood. And Fox News revealed that Walgreens drugstore chain can supply the services of Planned Parenthood and so PP is no longer needed. We are in the midst of a culture war. And our enemy are people who for the most part are disturbed and are using this movement instead of facing their personal demons.
Colorado was faced first with the prescence of Operation Rescue which targeted that state to set up violent and disruptive demonstrations aimed at shutting down safe abortions there. It is because law enforcement, public leaders, educators, and ordinary people of that state stood up to them stridently that Operation Rescue left and turned to Kansas and Dr. Tiller's clinic. We should all learn from Colorado's example.
It is no longer enough for us to remain silent when these people are killing doctors, blowing up clinics, stalking the employees and harassing and attacking innocent women and girls who are the patients. We must in mass, since the majority population of the United States supports a woman's right to choose, stand up and condemn these people and these groups for the terrorists they are. Make no mistake. These people and these groups are terrorists. We must stand up and condemn the House when they DARE to shut the United States government over the very existence of Planned Parenthood. We must request that groups like Operation Rescue leave our communities or face legal consequences just as Colorado did. Had Kansas followed the actions of Colorado I suspect George Tiller would still be alive today. Though free speech is protected Operation Rescue has never stayed within any guidelines or court orders to practice this right. Instead they have caused violent mayhem and suffering whereever they were and they intended to.
Perhaps the worst for me is reading what sort of men Roeder and Tiller were. Two more different lives I could not imagine. When they finally met their histories dictated one would kill the other. George Tiller was raised in a successful and loving family who were involved in the raising of their children. A young man who dreamt of serving humanity, who pursued an excellent academic career and could not think of a better way to live than to be a doctor. A former Naval officer who faced the premature loss of his family with bravery and who decided to carry on his father's work which included abortion services and adopt his sister's and brother-in-law's orphaned child. Compared to Roeder who suffered serious mental illness but refused to do what was needed to be well, who used illegal drugs, who drank heavily, who never finished college, who demeaned his college graduate wife and son, who failed to support his own child financially, who never held down any job for any length of time. Roeder is alive but thankfully in prison for life. But Dr. Tiller, who helped so many people even at the risk of his very life, is dead. Murdered by Scott Roeder.
Now another doctor would like to carry on Dr. Tiller's work. Her life has already been obscenely and violently threatened. This must stop. We all must condemn these actions loudly through our votes, letters to editors and to our State and Federal representatives UNTIL they hear us, with counter demonstrations whereever Operation Rescue sets up, and complete personal and financial support of our local womens' health services clinics. No one should have their name and location stamped on a "Wanted Dead or Alive" poster. Right now that is happening in North Carolina to another doctor providing abortions. Noone should have their property and belongings firebombed and destroyed as a doctor in Nebraska who performed abortions suffered. 2 family pets and 17 horses burned to death along with every single building on the property. Noone should be shot and killed while trying to help a doctor get to his clinic as a man in Florida was when trying to help another doctor simply get to his clinic. Paul Hill killed that man and the doctor and severely wounded a woman in the same van. Receptionists and security guards have also been murdered in this 20 year reign of terror that Operation Rescue and others have been waging.
Read this book and ask yourself, if you believe in a woman's right to choose, will you remain silent any longer. If this book does not move you as it has me to say this violence must stop now, then nothing can. But I suspect as more and more people read "The Wichita Divide" they will begin to stand up as Colorado did and fight back. This culture war has thrived because we have been too silent. We cannot, must not, be silent anymore when men and women are being killed and wounded throughout this country. The risk of murder and severe injury should not be the chief occupational hazard of these men and women and their patients. If we believe, as the majority of us do, in the right to choose, then we must all protect these very brave men and women from these violent and, now revealed, dysfunctional terrorists. The violent anti choice movement is not about the lives of children. The violent and violence promoting members of these groups are exposed by this author in all their rigidity, madness, morbidness, and religious hysteria. In their individual failures to cope with and adjust to life's continual uncertainities, the age old fight for control, they have latched on to the topic of abortion with all the intensity of any zealot. And like any zealot, they all imagine they hear the voice of God singling them out and compelling them to believe that the solution to legal abortion, though it could be any issue imagineable, is to kill and to promote killing. This is terrorism in it's purest form. Make no mistake here. The idealogy that killed over 3000 innocent people on September 11th, 2001 is the exact same type of idealogy that killed Dr. George Tiller on May 31, 2009 in the foyer of his church just before the Sunday sermon. The driven beliefs of disturbed men and women who have willingly thrown themselves into a pit of religious hysteria and falsehoods when unable to adjust to the real world the rest of us live in. Men and women who have not succeeded in confronting their own personal demons and disappointments. Their violence has never been about the lives of children. Never.
Read this book. Be counted visibly and vocally on the right to choose. Tell these violent people and groups their time is over. We must.

The New York Times bestselling author offers an in-depth account of the life and death of a controversial doctor, the debate that sparked his assassination, and the place where two Americas collide On May 31, 2009, Scott Roeder walked into a Wichita church, drew a pistol, and shot Dr. George Tiller at point blank range. Tiller, who was the most public practitioner of late-term abortions in America, had been a lightning rod for controversy, regularly referred to in the conservative media as "Tiller, the Baby Killer." Tiller's death was a pivotal, public murder in a war that has been raging for decades. It's a war of violently opposing ideologies, encompassing abortion, but also questions of privacy, sexuality, and religion. It's being fought in our nation's courtrooms, school and churches, on television sets, at our dinner tables, and in our bedrooms. And more and more, the key battlegrounds are in Kansas, once home to Brown vs. Board of Education and some of the bloodiest conflicts of the Civil War. This is a gripping look at a cold-blooded terrorist action, two men representing opposite ideological extremes, and the region where those violent forces clash.

Science and Human Transformation: Subtle Energies, Intentionality and Consciousness

I suspect that Roger Stout set out to try to trash this book without first going through the effort of seriously reading it. This can be readily seen from the word equation that he misquotes. He obviously didn't read the surrounding text with any care to see what kind of a pedagogical bridge I was building via that set of word equations. The point about direct space and reciprocal space that seems to have eluded Stout is that, together, they aoutomatically provide for both the particle aspect and the wave aspect of substance, the two fundamemental but entangled features dealt with by quantum mechanics. The novel approach that I have taken in this book allows one to distinquish these two complementary aspects simultaneously. Furthermore, it is surprising to me that a supposed professional engineer would make the mistake of trying to compare the distance scale of reciprocal space since this is a frequency scale. They do not have the same units of measurement and, therefore, cannot be directly compared, as undergraduate engineers in all universities are taught. If Stout had not been so intent on his "lashing" goal, he might have realized that the very small in direct space corresponds with the very high frequency region in reciprocal space. Likewise, the very large in direct space corresponds with the very small frequency region of reciprocal space. Since high frequency for photons corresponds with high particle energy, he shold have at least seen how the particle size scale in the angstrom and below range match qualitatively with the energetics of fundamental particles. As an illustrative example, if a time domain pattern has a 10 nanosecond interval, then its frequency domain counterpart along the inverse time coordinate would be comprised of a set of waves localized around 0.628 gigahertz for the first band. Likewise, if one has a direct spaces spherical object of 1 angstrom diameter, the first band counterpart in reciprocal space would be comprised of waves in the 6.28 x 10 ^8 cm ^( -1) range. Changing the scale of direct space units that one wishes to use just produces a corresponding scale change of the reciprcal space units one must use. Stout states how much he liked Talbot's book, "The Holographic Universe", yet he seems to have missed the crucial point that the entire basis of holography is wave diffraction. Further, the resultant wave intensity diffracted from any kind of direct space geometrical object can be shown to arise from the modulus of the Fourier Transform for that geometrical shape. He should have learned this in his electrical engineering classes. It is sad that Stout was so intent on trashing this book rather than reading it with an ip mind-he might have learned something useful for his life! As a final comment by the author to this open forum , this book was not in any way casually written, and I know that is is challenging for some readers. However, one should keep in mind tht it was based on 35 years of personal experimentation and thought by an acknowledged world-class expert in several areas of academic science. This same author taught for over 30 years at one of the most prestigious universities in the world, Stanford University, and was selected to be Chairman to study these new areas of human experience. During his industrial and academic career, he has published over 300 peer-reviewed scientific papers in various international journals plus 3 three technical books, all of which have meaningfully aided the evolution of the materials science and materials engineering fields. Can Stout, the trasher, claim as much! In today's world, unfortunately, it seems very easy to trash the works of others. It is much more difficult to constructively build upon them. Roger Stout would be well served by paying more attention to his intenttions than to his misquided logic.

Overall this book is a paradigm-breaking book for science in that it reveals in some detail a viable larger perspective and framework for scientific description of nature and human evolvement in that framework. It is also a conscious-raising book and a hope-raising book for humanity in that it shows people how to use their own intentionality to bring about...beneficial...changes...in their own bodies. Such changes naturally lead to significant growth in the individual's consciousness.

Psychoenergetic Science Review

Psychoenergetic Science

A reader unfamiliar with science, physics and experiential protocol, will have a hard time reading William Tiller's "Psychoenergetic Science". The science jargon detracts from Tiller's message, in my view. Nevertheless, Tiller has something important to say, and he is trying to break new ground in science, and it for these reasons I give Tiller's new book a high recommendation.
Tiller (page 36) complains about the narrow mindedness expressed by some scientists: "In spite of the unwillingness to look at such data, many of the establishment scientists are willing to `spout off' with very derogatory opinions concerning such data - without ever having seriously looked at it. Such behavior is called scientism which is corruption of the science craft. "
Chapters 3, 4 and 5 read like a laboratory manual. Much attention is given to an IIED, or the "intention imprinting electrical device" of Tiller's own making. The IIED is impacted by human intension presented with deep meditation, as Tiller tells us, and this device can be moved to distant locations and turned on. The activated IIED is permitted to condition a new environment, and what Tiller finds is that pH (or hydrogen ion concentration) in water is affected by this conditioning. The pH can increase or decrease by 1 depending on the intension imprinted on the IIED.
Tiller studies enzyme activity (ALP). Tiller studies fruit flies; he looks at larval development time, and [ATP]/[ADP] ratios. Again he picks up a treatment effects due to IIED, suggesting a direct impact on living organism.
In Chapter 4, Tiller investigates pH and air temperature oscillations; as impacted by IIED and its controls. He adds the magnetic field polarity effect. And these embellishments are needed to tease out experimental evidence for a dual nature; one electrical and particle-like, the other magnetic and wave-like. Tiller (page 72) concludes : "an IIED-conditioned space allows our measuring instruments to access magnetic monopoles." Tiller's sympathies move to subtle energies and human biofields. Tiller (page 88) writes: "From the foregoing data of this chapter, I know that an IIED-conditioned space develops a higher electromagnetic symmetry state than that which exists in our normal electric atom/molecule level of physical reality. As such, it must also have a higher thermodynamic free energy per unit volume condition compared to our normal condition." And this is found relating to our health, and our emotions, as Tiller speculates about advance Kinesiology (biofeedback): "one can conclude that our acupuncture meridian/chakra system is the human body system that is at this higher thermodynamic free energy per unit volume state."
In Chapter 5, Tiller opens up the IIED to a broader evaluation, repeating his pH effect in eight different locations.
Chapter 6 presents Tiller's ontology: a duplex model of space-time, one side relating to direct-space and the other reciprocal space-time. The dual aspects are connected with coupling "deltrons". The coupling in direct-space (particle branch) is limited to velocities below the speed of light, the coupling in reciprocal space (pilot branch) moves above light speed. Tiller (page 140) does imply that this coupling involves interactions that move in both time directions, but he does not emphasize this point. A pilot wave moving faster than light speed is understood to move backward in time, in my view, and this would seem to be implied by coupling.
Tiller (page 132) writes something worthy of the Nobel Prize: "Since the reason for inventing string theory was to bypass the mathematical singularity in quantum mechanics and relativity theory so that they could be united, the use of this particular duplex-space reference frame removes the need for string theory when quantum mechanics and relativity theory are mathematically formulated in this particular duplex-space format." I would also stipulate that Tiller's deltrons come with coupling coefficients that are non-caused, as they source something transcendental. The coupling coefficients are just affinities, they are metaphysical and undetermined from mere conditions of necessity. Likewise, when quantum field theory is translated into duplex-space format, the more common coupling constants that are found fine-tuned are probably just non-caused affinities too, but life depends on them being tuned so they appear as constants. Likewise, the mass of particles are probably just affinities that are non-caused, but are found as a precondition for life.
Chapter 7 is a continuation of Chapter 6. Tiller's does not say it, but his ontology is Trinitarian, in the best tradition of Schelling and Hegel. Tiller (page 149) writes: "My working hypothesis is that consciousness is a byproduct, or emergent property, of spirit entering dense matter." Therefore, the duplex-model is consistent with the precondition of consciousness. Any account of consciousness must find itself consistent with its own precondition; this is where scientism fails, but Tiller is wise enough to pick up on this. Tiller (Figure 7.4) describes the three branches of consciousness, a clear indication of Trinitarian thinking: ascending, surrender, and descending.
In Chapter 8, Tiller speculates about remote viewing, psychokinesis, auras, clairvoyance, precognition, telepathy, levitation, materialization (and its reverse), and distant healing.
Tiller's writing is difficult to understand, I cannot say I understand Tiller completely, I may have misrepresented his writing, or Tiller might have left something important out of his thinking; but his book is what it is, and I can't be too critical of a new vision that has now penetrated the dark night of scientism, and my intuitions are telling me this rather strongly. Tiller's Chapter 9 presents prior book reviews written by Thomas Brophy and Todd Stark. Tiller also gives his reaction to Stark's review. This provides a meeting place for those lost in a sea of scientific symbols and jargon. It is a very good chapter. The book comes with a glossary that is also very helpful.

The fourth book in Dr. Tiller s remarkable psychoenergetic science series is an integrator of the first three in much simpler language and with practically no mathematical equations. It has been written for the intellectual level of an undergraduate college student. Here, he shows why and how both (1) today s quantum mechanics must be expanded to include human consciousness as a significant experimental variable in today s physics and (2) expansion of our reference frame for viewing nature s manifold expressions in domains other than spacetime are required by us to seriously integrate human consciousness into a new paradigm. His earlier work has revealed a second, unique level of physical reality which can be integrated with the first, our normal electric atom/molecule level, via the proper use of human consciousness to condition normal space to a higher electromagnetic symmetry state. In this coupled system, human intentions can significantly modulate material properties as detected instrumentally. The newer work reveals a detector system that provides continuous measurement of conditioned spaces to show a quantitative measure of the excess energy of such a space compared to our normal reality. In addition, this work has shown that the human acupuncture meridian/chakra system is at this higher symmetry state in an overall body which is not. Thus, directed and focused intentions by individual humans diligently working on themselves can transform them into higher states of beingness. Finally, in Chapter 8, Dr. Tiller shows us why these psychoenergetic science applications will usher into our world revolutionary changes of at least Copernican-scale magnitude!
