If you're a law enforcement officer, you REALLY should get a hold of this book. The co-author Takayuki Kubota contributes his experience and wealth of knowledge. If his last name Kubota rings a bell with you, it's because he invented the Kubotan. That should be enough for you to want to pick up this book.
